On Feb. 24, Big Choice LLC purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 2721 N.W. 55th St., Tamarac from Broward County Circuit Court and Joulane Cyril for $221,200.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 28, 2007. It last sold for $200,000.

So far in February 2022, 167 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 2721 N.W. 55th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Abel Marquez, 30, Jou Lane Cyril, 56, and Abel Marquez, 58.
