This home last sold on April 1, 2014 for $140,000.

So far in February 2022, 47 properties sold in North Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Angela Pubien-McDonald, 46, was the only registered voter residing at 1908 S.W. 87th Ave., N. Lauderdale as of Oct. 10, 2020.
