On Feb. 24, Roman Alejandro Galindo and Gyongyi Marina Castellanos purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 4717 N.W. 58th Terrace, Coral Springs from Peter and Lori Harding for $600,000.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 8, 1999. It last sold for $160,000.

So far in February 2022, 153 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Lori L. Harding (62) has been registered to vote since 1993.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
