The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 1271 S. Cypress Road, Pompano Beach was sold on Feb. 24 by David L. Rhine for $490,000. The buyers were Alyssa C. Romano and Elaine Meneghel.

So far in February 2022, 170 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, David Lee Rhine (58) has been registered to vote since 2013.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
