The three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 8257 S. Coral Circle 252-63, N. Lauderdale was sold on Feb. 23 by Randal R Pike and Glenda Bernadette Andrews-Pike for $220,320. The buyers were Jovon and Sade Philanders.

This home last sold for $86,000 on July 1, 2010.

So far in February 2022, 44 properties sold in North Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Randal R. Pike has been registered to vote since 2011. Glenda Bernadette Andrews-Pike has been registered to vote since 2008.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
