The four bedroom, three bathroom home at 7517 N.W. 127th Manor, Parkland was sold on Feb. 23 by Glenn and Emily Basser for $1,015,000. The buyers were Eric Yun-Chung Yi and Yaxiao Liu.

This home last sold on Aug. 27, 2015 for $640,000.

So far in February 2022, 26 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Glenn Howard Basser has been registered to vote since 2012. Emily Manya Basser has been registered to vote since 2012.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
