The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 305 S.E. 23rd Ave., Pompano Beach was sold on Feb. 23 by Guido Lonzana for $410,000. The buyers were Anthony and Denise Ferolo.

The last time this home sold was June 9, 2015. It last sold for $210,000.

So far in February 2022, 218 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Denise Allison Ferolo (52) has been registered to vote since 2009.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
