The five bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home at 7410 N. Cypresshead Drive, Parkland was sold on Feb. 23 by Edwin Cintron and Hoyt Clifton Hobson for $1,770,000. The buyers were Brian E. and Angela G. Levy.

This home last sold for $1,150,000 on Oct. 29, 2018.

So far in February 2022, 26 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Edwin Cintron has been registered to vote since 1983. Hoyt Clifton Hobson has been registered to vote since 1992.
