The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 7508 N.W. 42nd St., Coral Springs was sold on Feb. 22 by Samuel and Lola A. Marucci for $446,000. The buyers were Irene Fiero and Marquel Y Paneque Perez.

So far in February 2022, 131 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Lola Jenkins Marucci has been registered to vote since 1978.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 7508 N.W. 42nd St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lola Jenkins Marucci, 71, James L. Marucci, 45, and Gregory Brian Marucci, 42.
