On Feb. 22, David Carbonell purchased a home at 496 N.W. 107th Ave., Coral Springs from Mark D. and Kathleen Christofori for $569,000.

So far in February 2022, 131 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Kathleen C. Christofori has been registered to vote since 1976. Mark Daniel Christofori has been registered to vote since 1999.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
