On Feb. 22, Megan K. Coyle purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 4220 N.W. Sixth St., Deerfield Beach from Austin Richard Uhrick and Ashley Elizabeth Kager Urhick for $560,000.

This home last sold for $360,000 on Feb. 20, 2018.

So far in February 2022, 146 properties sold in Deerfield Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Austin Richard Uhrick has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 4220 N.W. Sixth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ashley Elizabeth Kager Uhrick, 37, and Austin Richard Uhrick, 37.
