On Feb. 22, Milton Fernando Arrue purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 5721 Tuscany Way, Tamarac from Anson and Lystra Gift and Lystra Winchester for $380,000.

This home last sold on March 14, 2005 for $245,995.

So far in February 2022, 144 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Anson Weldon Anthony Gift has been registered to vote since 2018. Lystra Wendy Gift has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 5721 Tuscany Way as of Oct. 10, 2020: Elizabeth Walters, 48, Anson Weldon Anthony Gift, 47, Jacobi Leodorian Walters, 23, and Lystra Wendy Gift, 48.
