On Feb. 22, Dominique Brazeau and Michael Levin purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 716 N.E. 11th Ave., Pompano Beach from Sunvest Properties LLC for $379,000.

This home last sold for $221,000 on Sept. 2, 2021.

So far in February 2022, 202 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Nicholas John Alexander, 25, was the only registered voter residing at 716 N.E. 11th Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
