On Feb. 22, Marie Favre (trust) and Dale Favre (trust) sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1832 S.W. Fourth Ave., Pompano Beach to Joseph Allen Greenwald and Melissa Shannon Hanford for $675,000.

So far in February 2022, 202 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Dale A. Favre has been registered to vote since 1972. Marie J. Favre has been registered to vote since 1978.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
