On Feb. 22, Fernando Velit and Marisa Castaneda purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 3503 Oaks Way 208, Pompano Beach from Stephen and Phyllis Radding for $235,000.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 7, 2006. It last sold for $235,000.

So far in February 2022, 202 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Carole Steinberger, 100, was the only registered voter residing at 3503 Oaks Way 208 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
