On Feb. 22, Rebecca L. and Jose Segovia sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 4575 Glenwood Drive, Coconut Creek to Kevin D. and Zayne Swain for $950,000.

This home last sold for $485,000 on July 27, 2017.

So far in February 2022, 70 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Jose Pereira Segovia has been registered to vote since 2011. Rebecca Lynn Segovia has been registered to vote since 2011.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 4575 Glenwood Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Andrew George Segovia, 29, Jose Pereira Segovia, 61, and Rebecca Lynn Segovia, 57.
