This home last sold for $150,000 on April 4, 2019.

So far in February 2022, 202 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 2770 N.E. 23rd St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Thomas S. Kolker, 76, and Anne-Marie Van Der Velde, 53.
