The three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 39 Ann Lee Lane 39-58, Tamarac was sold on Feb. 18 by Deandra MacHarma Clarke and Allington H Brown for $250,000. The buyer was Dale Stoddart.

This home last sold on Aug. 7, 2020 for $167,000.

So far in February 2022, 136 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Allington Hugh Brown has been registered to vote since 2004. Deandra MacHarma Clarke has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
