On Feb. 18, David and Kaylae Vivies sold their four bedroom, two bathroom home at 3311 N.W. 71st St., Coconut Creek to Kevin Valade and Victoria Williams for $650,000.

This home last sold on Aug. 8, 2011 for $309,000.

So far in February 2022, 62 properties sold in Coconut Creek.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 3311 N.W. 71st St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Donald W. Ross, 52, and Mayra Farias, 70.
