This home last sold for $64,000 on Aug. 2, 2012.

So far in February 2022, 185 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Mark Howard Schuckman (69) has been registered to vote since 2001.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
