On Feb. 18, K5-31-FL LLC purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 31 S.E. 12th St., Pompano Beach from Eduardo L Santiago and Yolani Garmendia for $1,060,000.

The last time this home sold was July 15, 2016. It last sold for $480,000.

So far in February 2022, 185 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Eduardo Luciano Santiago has been registered to vote since 2007.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 31 S.E. 12th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Eduardo Luciano Santiago, 53, and Danielle Reine Sharp, 23.
