The last time this home sold was July 7, 2010. It last sold for $99,000.

So far in February 2022, 136 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 6702 N.W. 71st Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Patricia Lou Frick, 91, and Andre Fishley, 26.
