On Feb. 18, Wallace Thomas and Inelisse Otero-Diaz purchased a five bedroom, two bathroom home at 10936 N.W. 41st Drive, Coral Springs from Maria N. Cardona for $622,500.

This home last sold on Sept. 10, 1999 for $136,000.

So far in February 2022, 120 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Maria Nelida Cardona has been registered to vote since 1996.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 10936 N.W. 41st Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Maria Nelida Cardona, 65, Manuel Rottenberg, 66, Antonio E. Cardona, 94, and Luis Alberto Cardona, 62.
