This home last sold on June 4, 2018 for $207,000.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Erick Bruce Larsen has been registered to vote since 2001. Jessie Gomez has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were six registered voters residing at 7819 S.W. Sixth Court, N. Lauderdale as of Oct. 10, 2020: Francisca Lagunas, 44, Erick Bruce Larsen, 38, Julian Lagunas, 55, Elide Lagunas, 27, Ricky Julian Lagunas, 23, and Jessie Gomez, 31.
