The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 9560 Weldon Circle J404, Tamarac was sold on Feb. 17 by Barry and Allen Elberg and Norman Elberg (declaration of trust) for $145,000. The buyers were Susan N. Greene and Frank James Sperl.

So far in February 2022, 124 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Norman Elberg (93) has been registered to vote since 1998.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
