On Feb. 17, Lawrence Walters purchased a four bedroom, three bathroom home at 4705 Woodlands Blvd., Tamarac from Manors Inc. (estate) for $637,500.

This home last sold for $675,000 on Aug. 12, 2021.

So far in February 2022, 124 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Buddy H. Fein, 77, was the only registered voter residing at 4705 Woodlands Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
