Deerfield Beach Spring Sports Season

City of Deerfield Beach recently issued the following announcement.

The City of Deerfield Beach Parks and Recreation Department is hosting another season of Youth Girls Volleyball, Youth Basketball, and introducing the all-new Adult Coed Dodgeball League. 

Youth Girls Volleyball will run from April 4 through May 25. Registration for 9 to 14-year-old girls will be open from February 15, 2022, through April 8, 2022. The fee is $40 for Deerfield Beach residents and $50 for non-residents. Volleyball practices and games will be held every Monday and Wednesday, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm, at the Leo J. Rob Gymnasium, 435 SW 2nd Street, Deerfield Beach FL, 33441.

Youth Coed Basketball will run from April 5 through May 26. Registration for 6 to 14-year-old boys and girls will be open from February 15, 2022, through April 8, 2022. The fee is $40 for Deerfield Beach residents and $50 for non-residents. Basketball practices and games will be held every Tuesday and Thursday, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm, at the Leo J. Rob Gymnasium, 435 SW 2nd Street, Deerfield Beach FL, 33441.

Adult Coed Dodgeball will run from April 8 through May 27. Registration for Adult Coed Dodgeball, ages 18 & up, will be open from February 15, 2022, through April 8, 2022. The fee is $100 per team. Games will be held every Friday, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm, at Dr. Leo J. Robb Gym, 435 SW 2nd Street, Deerfield Beach, FL, 33441.   

To register online, please visit dfb.city/registration. To register in person, please visit the Middle School Athletic Complex, 501 SE 6th Ave., Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
