On Feb. 16, Kamil M. and Asifa Sanaulla sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 7970 N.W. 66th Terrace, Parkland to Raquel C Santoni for $575,000.

This home last sold for $415,000 on Aug. 19, 2019.

So far in February 2022, 17 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were four registered voters residing at 7970 N.W. 66th Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020: Hunter T. Lees, 27, Heidi Renee Lees, 51, Shon Thomas Lees, 54, and Holden James Lees, 20.
