The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 5701 Mulberry Drive, Tamarac was sold on Feb. 16 by Ann Blank (revocable trust) for $480,000. The buyers were David and Pamela Fay Reiz.

So far in February 2022, 112 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Ann Blank (89) has been registered to vote since 1995.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
