The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 5215 N.W. 26th Terrace, Tamarac was sold on Feb. 16 by Elvin Rodriguez, Florencio De Arce Acevedo and Lissette Oyola Reveron for $246,000. The buyer was Michael Jackson.

This home last sold on Feb. 18, 2016 for $135,000.

So far in February 2022, 112 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Florencio De Arce Acevedo has been registered to vote since 2016.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 5215 N.W. 26th Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020: Florencio De Arce Acevedo, 55, Elvin Suriel Rodriguez Oyola, 31, Stephanie Sierra, 32, and HOA Thi Mai Vo, 40.
