On Feb. 16, Timothy Paul and Kathleen Celtic McKenna purchased a five bedroom, three bathroom home at 3011 N.E. 21st Ave., Lighthouse Point from Victoria Pristo Revier for $835,000.

The last time this home sold was Feb. 4, 2011. It last sold for $470,000.

So far in February 2022, 21 properties sold in Lighthouse Point.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Victoria I. Pristo Revier has been registered to vote since 1984.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 3011 N.E. 21st Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Victoria I. Pristo Revier, 63, Merrily Patricia Ambrose, 77, Florentina Aponte, 80, Eduardo B. Aponte, 82, and Andrea Aldoroty Tafoya, 69.
