On Feb. 16, Raymond J. Ackerman and Deyanira Ackerman (revocable trust) purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 9551 E. Plum Harbor Way, Tamarac from Darren and Stacy Walker for $340,000.

This home last sold for $190,000 on Jan. 6, 2015.

So far in February 2022, 112 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Stacy Lynn Walker has been registered to vote since 2012. Darren L. Walker has been registered to vote since 2004.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
