On Feb. 15, John C. and Katheleen A. Gunther sold their three bedroom, 2.1 bathroom home at 1200 Hillsboro Mile 2202, Hillsboro Beach to Nasrat A. and Kristie Noelle Hakim for $1,075,000.

This home last sold on April 22, 2013 for $650,000.

So far in February 2022, six properties sold in Hillsboro Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, John C. Gunther has been registered to vote since 2014.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1200 Hillsboro Mile 2202 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kathleen A. Gunther, 63, and John C. Gunther, 64.
