The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 7664 Trent Drive 302, Tamarac was sold on Feb. 15 by Arnold Goldstein and Norma Goldstein Agreement for $165,000. The buyer was Stephen Felsen.

So far in February 2022, 97 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Norma Rhoda Goldstein (92) has been registered to vote since 1991.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
