The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 7782 Trent Drive 308, Tamarac was sold on Feb. 15 by Judith Dubrow and Dubrow (revocable living trust) for $209,000. The buyers were Chris Mendella and Kelly Randall.

So far in February 2022, 97 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Judith S. Dubrow has been registered to vote since 1993.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 7782 Trent Drive 308 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Judith S. Dubrow, 94, and David Dubrow, 97.
