This home last sold for $62,000 on July 6, 2010.

So far in February 2022, 30 properties sold in North Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Susan Dow (55) has been registered to vote since 2016.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
