On Feb. 15, Julio and Lourdes Soria sold their six bedroom, five bathroom home at 10353 Sweet Bay Manor, Parkland to Christopher and Viktoria R. Shirley for $2,349,000.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 1, 2020. It last sold for $1,400,000.

So far in February 2022, 13 properties sold in Parkland.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Brad Peter Glick, 60, was the only registered voter residing at 10353 Sweet Bay Manor as of Oct. 10, 2020.
