The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 8868 N.W. Third Place, Coral Springs was sold on Jan. 31 by Angel A. Olivera for $555,000. The buyers were Wilmer Carpio Verastegui and Rosa Barrios Marino.

This home last sold on Sept. 7, 2016 for $307,000.

So far in January 2022, 198 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Angel Antonio Olivera has been registered to vote since 2008.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 8868 N.W. Third Place as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jaclyn Renee Olivera, 36, and Angel Antonio Olivera, 41.
