The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 431 S.E. Second Ave., Pompano Beach was sold on Jan. 31 by Walter Frauenknecht and Anton Fraudenknecht for $610,000. The buyers were Fabio Santana and Jean Claude Cantin.

So far in January 2022, 280 properties sold in Pompano Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Walter E. Frauenknecht has been registered to vote since 1976.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 431 S.E. Second Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Walter E. Frauenknecht, 90, and Anton Joseph Frauenknecht, 53.
