On Jan. 31, Ronald and Alma Iris Cintron purchased a 2.5 bedroom, two bathroom home at 10763 W. Clairmont Circle 208, Tamarac from Tina Myers and Michael Lawson for $148,000.

This home last sold on Aug. 24, 2021 for $119,000.

So far in January 2022, 200 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Valerie Anne Jones, 60, was the only registered voter residing at 10763 W. Clairmont Circle 208 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
