On Jan. 28, Magalie Justilien and MacKenson Augustin purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 11134 N.W. 34th Court, Coral Springs from Michelle Dyce-Maxwell and Winston Maxwell for $430,000.

This home last sold for $300,000 on Oct. 5, 2017.

So far in January 2022, 188 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Winston Roy Maxwell has been registered to vote since 2012. Winston Roy Maxwell has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
