The last time this home sold was June 27, 2006. It last sold for $240,000.

So far in January 2022, 188 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Murray James Finley has been registered to vote since 1995.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 792 Ramblewood Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kenneth Joseph Tabor, 81, and Murray James Finley, 71.
