On Jan. 28, Edward B. Romanow Jr. purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 1160 Hillsboro Mile 907, Hillsboro Beach from Barry and Theresa Anderson for $770,000.

The last time this home sold was Jan. 15, 2015. It last sold for $315,000.

So far in January 2022, 13 properties sold in Hillsboro Beach.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Theresa L. Anderson has been registered to vote since 2011. Barry William Anderson has been registered to vote since 2012.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
