The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 6291 Kimberly Blvd., N. Lauderdale was sold on Jan. 28 by Kay Dockery and Theresa Truocchio (living trust) for $340,000. The buyers were Brian and Katelynn Acker.

So far in January 2022, 75 properties sold in North Lauderdale.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Theresa M. Truocchio has been registered to vote since 1975.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 6291 Kimberly Blvd., N. Lauderdale as of Oct. 10, 2020: Theresa M. Truocchio, 83, and Isabella M. Truocchio, 80.
