On Jan. 27, Beatrice Feld and Feld Family Trust sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 7816 Beechfern Circle 17, Tamarac to Eliana Patricia Velez for $337,500.

So far in January 2022, 175 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Beatrice D. Feld has been registered to vote since 1994.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 7816 Beechfern Circle 17 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alvin Feld, 90, and Beatrice D. Feld, 88.
