On Jan. 27, Dana Natal Potgieter purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 11225 W. Atlantic Blvd. 308, Coral Springs from Juan Carlos Chemello, Mariapia Ferioli and Maria Feroli for $211,000.

So far in January 2022, 181 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Dana N. Potgieter has been registered to vote since 2001.
