On Jan. 27, Cappello Design LLC purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 5380 Gate Lake Road 5380-17, Tamarac from Leacroft Daley for $150,000.

So far in January 2022, 175 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Elica Armena Nichols, 46, was the only registered voter residing at 5380 Gate Lake Road 5380-17 as of Oct. 10, 2020.
