City of Deerfield Beach recently issued the following announcement.
Join in celebrating Deerfield Beach Pioneer Days, Saturday, February 19th through Sunday, February 20th, at the Main Beach Parking Lot, 149 SE 21st Avenue.
Come out and enjoy arts and crafts, live entertainment, and the grand fireworks display on Saturday, February 19th, at 9:05 PM.
Don’t forget to bring everyone out to the Pioneer Days Parade on Saturday, February 19th, at 10:00 AM. Watch at our 3rd annual Family Fun Zone Watch Party located at The Cove Shopping Center Parking Lot. The Family Fun Zone will offer free popcorn, free snow cones, and fun games for the family to enjoy!
Free parking and trolley pick-ups are available at The Cove Shopping Center and St. Ambrose Catholic Church.

Please note: The parade line-up will begin at Pioneer Park and travel south on NE 6th Ave to SR 810 (Hillsboro Blvd). Next, it heads east on SR 810 (Hillsboro Blvd) to Ocean Drive (SR A1A). It then turns north on N Ocean Dr (SR A1A) to NE 2nd St and will curve east onto NE 2nd St. The parade will follow NE 2nd St south onto SE 21st Ave (S Ocean Way) and ends at SE 3rd St.
