The two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 7911 Tuscany Drive, Tamarac was sold on Jan. 26 by Paul and Daisy Strickland for $345,000. The buyers were Maurice A. and Jasmine Jeannot Richards.

This home last sold on April 8, 2005 for $235,000.

So far in January 2022, 163 properties sold in Tamarac.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were five registered voters residing at 7911 Tuscany Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Hydeia Suckarie Terry, 22, Keywan Zahir Strickland, 42, Clothilda Terry, 73, Shemar Darion McDuffie, 26, and Zhanelle-Maria Kristien Scott, 24.
