The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 5340 N.W. 65th Terrace, Coral Springs was sold on Jan. 26 by Timonty and Beryl Hinson for $600,000. The buyers were Dilip Kumar and Sheli Chakraborty Modak.

So far in January 2022, 166 properties sold in Coral Springs.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Beryl G. Hinson has been registered to vote since 1996.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were five registered voters residing at 5340 N.W. 65th Terrace as of Oct. 10, 2020: Justin David Hinson, 23, Beryl G. Hinson, 56, Timothy Darrin Hinson, 56, Heather Nicole Hinson, 20, and Phyllis Citron, 83.
